Mindfulness is the art and practice of bringing one’s full attention to the present moment.  There are a variety of practices that mindfulness draws from, which can enable each individual to create a personalized practice to live from a place of feeling calm, grounded, and more in tune with his/her deepest self.  Everyone has the capacity to access this inner place.  We can work together to explore mindfulness practices and weave together a routine that fits into your life.
