Relax your body and calm your mind!
This retreat is a unique opportunity to take a pause amidst the chaos of the world and your life to immerse yourself in the calm and beauty of Growing Heart Farm.
- We will share gentle silence as a means to access the inner calm that can help us to more deeply engage in the rest of our lives.
- We will practice Yin Yoga together to access deeper acceptance and presence with our bodies and lives while releasing deeply held stress.
- Throughout the weekend we will remain in gentle social silence in order to more deeply feel our own experience, and become more attuned to the world around us.
- We will share fresh, home-cooked, plant-based meals prepared by a local chef, using fresh produce grown on her farm.
- A variety of rooming options are offered as a sliding-scale approach to broaden financial accessibility.
Meditation practices will be offered with the beginner in mind and will include:
- seated meditation
- walking meditation
- guided meditation
- eating meditation
to strengthen awareness and focus and to encourage calmness and a fresh outlook to arise.
