Threshold 2021: An Intentional New Year's Mini-Retreat at Home

    Online Event
Cross the threshold into 2021 with an intentional yoga and guided meditation mini-retreat from the comfort of your home.

    About this event

End 2020 and begin 2021 with guided practices to nurture your well-being on this beginner-friendly, at-home mini-retreat. Participate in yoga, guided meditation, and iRest® practices to start your year off with intentionality.

All participants will receive a link to retreat videos, which will be available through January 10th. While we encourage participation in live sessions at the times outlined below, concurrent presence is not necessary (and yes, you can "redo" practices during these 10 days!). This schedule supports an early, rejuvenating night's sleep on New Year's Eve, or leaves space for revelry alongside nurturing practices.

Tickets are available on a sliding scale.

*No one will be turned away for lack of funds, please message us with any questions.
