From Within: An Intentional Mini-Retreat At Home

    Online Event
A mid-winter mini-retreat from the comfort of your home. Cultivate space for introspection, intentional yoga, and guided meditation.

    About this event

Participate in guided practices to nurture your well-being on this beginner-friendly, at-home mini-retreat. Join in yoga, guided meditation, and iRest® practices designed to capitalize on the opportunity for the introspection that winter provides. Reap the benefits of winter’s stillness and explore its connection to our inner rhythms.

One month-ish into 2021, this retreat offers the opportunity to look at our intentions for how we want to be in the world this year through a lens aligned with what the seasons present to us. Holding the stillness of winter and finding firm ground in a chaotic world, we can prepare for a vibrancy that hints at its return with the daily-increasing sunlight.

We would love for you to join us in the live sessions at the times outlined below if you are able, and if not, you are welcome to practice along with recordings of the sessions at your convenience. All participants will receive a link to retreat videos, which will be available through February 17th. (and yes, you can "redo" practices during these 10 days!).

Tickets are available on a sliding scale.

*No one will be turned away for lack of funds, please message us with any questions.
